Corrections

Accuracy is central to what Uplift does. Government benefit rules are complex and change frequently. When we find an error — whether we catch it ourselves or a reader points it out — we correct it promptly and log the change here.

Our Corrections Policy

When an error is identified in our program descriptions, eligibility rules, or article content, we update the affected page and record the correction below. We distinguish between three types of changes:

  • Corrections — factual errors in our content that we have fixed.
  • Updates — changes to program rules or benefit amounts that we have reflected in our content.
  • Clarifications — cases where we have improved the precision of our language without changing the underlying facts.

Substantive changes to our content are logged here with the date, the affected page, and a description of what changed.

How to Report an Error

If you find information on Uplift that you believe is incorrect, outdated, or misleading, please let us know. Include the page you found the error on and the specific information you believe is wrong. A source for the correct information is helpful but not required.
