Benefits programs change frequently — income limits, benefit amounts, application procedures, and deadlines are all updated by agencies over time. If you notice information on Uplift that appears outdated or incorrect, please email us with the program name and the specific issue. We review and update program information regularly.
Suggest a Program
Uplift covers federal programs and major state programs, but there are thousands of smaller state and local benefit programs we have not yet included. If there is a program that helps a lot of people and is not on Uplift, let us know. We prioritize programs by how many people they can help.
What We Cannot Help With
Uplift provides general information about benefit programs — we are not a benefits counselor, social worker, or legal aid organization. We cannot help you with a specific application, appeal a denial, or advise you on your individual eligibility. If you need that kind of help, see our guides for links to official program offices, or find a local legal aid organization at lawhelp.org.
